Radish Tea Sandwiches

From What's Cooking America

1 cup minced radishes (cut in half then chop for 20 seconds in food processor)
1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
1 cup cream cheese at room temperature (unwrap while still cold, place on plate)
8 slices regular white bread
Half-cup of butter, room temperature
3/4 teaspoon salt
24 leaves of argula, spinach, or raddichio

In a medium bowl, combine minced radishes, poppy seeds, cream cheese, and salt, blend. Spread one side of each piece of bread lightly with butter. Top 4 slices of bread with radish mixture on top of butter layer, about 1/4 inch of radish cream cheese.

Top with green leaves of argula, spinach, or raddichio and the remaining buttered bread slices, butter on the inside.
With sandwiches formed, cut off crusts with a sharp knife.

Cut sandwiches in half diagonally, then in half once again.
